Thank you for your order. Please note our policies.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt Monday through Friday. If your order is received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
We currently ship within the United States & Canada.
Lake & Skye insures each purchased goods while they are in transit, until they are delivered. We require a signature for any goods delivered, however for certain goods, a signature may not be required, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by that person (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Lake & Skye and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please keep in mind that transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Lake & Skye uses UPS or USPS to deliver products, therefore all shipping costs are designated and updated by UPS or USPS standards and protocol.
