Thank you for your order. Please note our policies.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt Monday through Friday. If your order is received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
We currently ship within the United States & Canada.
Lake & Skye insures each purchased goods while they are in transit, until they are delivered. We require a signature for any goods delivered, however for certain goods, a signature may not be required, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by that person (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Lake & Skye and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please keep in mind that transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Lake & Skye uses UPS or Fedex to deliver products, therefore all shipping costs are designated and updated by UPS or Fedex standards and protocol.

Due to the nature of our product being personal care in use, these items are final sale. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our website.
