by Courtney Somer

Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the United States in the 1970’s, taught this simple meditation as 10 steps to peace. All this can be done in 40-60 seconds!

Spring Poem & Inspiration

I‘d like to be on time today

to catch the elegance of branches,

that is not burdened yet by heavy blooms

are pointed upwards and away,

as April grows warmer day by day,

I beg magnolias to wait.
