Frankincense known for its sweet and comforting smell, has been used in religious ceremonies for thousands of years and was once more valuable then gold. It is known for its healing powers and at one point “used to treat every conceivable ailment known to man.” Considered as food for the gods, Frankincense is used often in Ayurvedic medicine, and it is believed that using it in the house daily brings good health.
I’ve recently become much more aware of what I say, and I admit that sometimes, I would not want to be the one listening! The fact is we all complain sometimes, but lately, I’ve noticed people that complain constantly. Starting with a focus on one thing, and when that is resolved, the complaint is just moved onto the next item, topic or person. Most people can complain up to 30 times a day.
I understand if you live a fast paced life, it can be a daunting task to consider sitting with yourself or even being still for a few minutes a day. However, the benefits of meditation are enormous and not just those that the health experts talk about (reduced stress, anxiety, depression, lower blood pressure and improved brain function). What meditation does for the mind is what going to the gym does for your body. It is one of the easiest habits to incorporate into your daily routine and can have life-altering results.

Manifestation can be a tricky subject. It can sound like a hoax, rather new-agey and somewhat confusing. For example, why on earth do things show up in life that you really don’t want? And if you are ‘creating’ aspects of your life, why would you create something unwanted? Truth is, after much practice and research on the topic, I’ve learned there is quite a clear process to allowing the manifestation of what you want to show up in your life. Really, to get what you want is an inside job.
